Padmanav Kundu Joins AirAsia as Head of Rewards

Padmanav Kundu has started as head of rewards at Malaysian airline AirAsia.

 

In his new role, Kundu will lead and provide strategic direction to the development of pay, rewards and benefit philosophy and framework across all markets in the AirAsia Group, in alignment to the company’s business strategy.

 

Kundu is a highly motivated and experienced senior professional with over 30 years of experience in human resource and business Finance who has been successfully formulating and delivering strategic direction to the businesses across domains of BFSI, HRO, BPO/KPO, Telecom, FMCG and the tyre Industry.

 

He has performed high impact roles at functions including people strategy, total rewards, HR transformation, benefits and wellness, trust management, HR technology, HR operations and mobility.

 

In his previous role, he served as Director HR at NatWest Group in India.
